Build Your Own Package

At SociaLife, we understand that every wedding is unique and our clients come to us at different stages in their planning. All of the below services are included in our Full Planning Package, but should you need assistance with only a few, we offer the ability to create a customized package that best fits your needs.

VENUE SELECTION

We research venues that fit your budget and style, book appointments, attend all meetings and work directly with the venue to negotiate the contract.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Includes detailed Budget Worksheet, which shows potential hidden costs. We update the budget on a regular basis & keep track of wedding-related payments.

CATERER SELECTION AND MENU DESIGN

We’ll research caterers that fit budget and style, provide comparison worksheet, book appointments and attend tasting, assist with menu design and work directly with caterers to finalize rental order.

ALCOHOL COORDINATION

Coordinate the purchase and delivery of beverages to your reception site. Beverages include: water, soft drinks, wine, beer, champagne, alcohol, mixers, condiments and ice. Price is for coordination. Not the cost of beverages. 

RENTAL COORDINATION

Create custom rental list and research pricing + designs from local rental companies. We also oversee the delivery and setup of rental equipment. 

TENT COORDINATION

Includes initial walkthrough for measurement, contract execution, overseeing delivery + setup of tent, floor plan creation and overseeing any permit requirements. 

WEDDING DAY INSURANCE

Includes contacting agents in order to set up policies for wedding liability insurance and wedding cancellation/postponement insurance. 

FLORAL + EVENT DESIGN

Create a Personalized Inspiration Board to help visualize your wedding day décor. Board includes: custom color palette, floral designs, tablescapes for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, as well as all of the fun little details that will make your wedding truly standout. Once the board is approved, we will hire, work directly with the florist, and rental companies to ensure this vision comes to life. 

INVITATIONS + STATIONERY

Research and coordinate with a stationery company to help create wedding invitations, programs, menu cards and additional stationery that meet the client’s vision and budget.

Additional Services We Provide

We can help you find the perfect vendors based on your style, budget and personality. Each service includes researching local vendors and providing a price comparison worksheet. We understand that many people will be traveling from out of town to attend your wedding. Therefore, we offer a number of services to make your guests’ experience more enjoyable. Let us help you book your Hotel Block, Guest Transportation or Shuttle Services, Valet Service for Parking Assistance, Childcare Services, and help with assembling your Wedding Favors.

Rehearsal Dinner

Planning the wedding is time consuming enough. Let our SociaLife Planners help coordinate your Rehearsal Dinner. This service includes the initial research of venues, assistance with booking and selection of menu, event design and hiring of all related vendors. 

Post Wedding Day Brunch

End your wedding by hosting a post wedding day brunch to give yourself some extra time to thank your guests for coming and to say farewell before the honeymoon. This service takes care of booking the venue and designing the menu.

Hotel Welcome Bags

The last thing you should worry about the day before your wedding is assembling and delivering hotel welcome bags for your out of town guests. When you hire our team to handle this, it includes the shopping and purchasing of items, assembly and delivery of the bags to each hotel. Each paper gift bag (in your choice of color) includes two bottles of water with custom labels, Advil, something salty, something sweet, one specialty item, a granola bar, a custom hotel door sign, and a custom designed thank you letter which also includes your wedding information and transportation schedule.
