Being a hopeless romantic at heart, I absolutely love planning weddings. Amy and Justin’s wedding was extra special for me because I am close friends with the bride. When Amy asked me to help plan her and Justin’s wedding, she had one request: to keep the theme romantic. Knowing Amy personally, I knew her gown had lots of rhinestones and stylish details and I wanted to incorporate these elements into her stationary. Everything from her formal invitations, table numbers and menu cards included rhinestones. Amy wanted to give her guests Hershey chocolate bars as her favors. Since the Hershey company no longer makes the foil wrapped bars that most of us grew up on, I had to create a custom label to cover to the brown packaging that the bars came in. To save money, we made the front side of the Hershey bar her escort card, which included the guest’s name and table number. On the back, I designed a custom Nutrition Facts label to include information about Amy and Justin’s love for one another. Even the bar code was created to include the couples wedding date. Amy and Justin’s wedding day was wonderful and I felt so fortunate to witness the marriage of such a beautiful couple. Congratulations again to you both!
